Cancellation Policy

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the client if they cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

Payment Policy

Pure Home accepts cash, checks, Venmo, PayPal or Square. A 2.6% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

Payment is required at the end of each session. Pure Home will provide the client with an emailed copy of their invoice.

Confidentiality Policy

All clients’ personal information and sessions are kept strictly confidential and will remain after a session is completed.

Any photos taken will remain anonymous whether posted on Pure Home’s social media or website.

Clients may share a social media post at their own discretion.

Donation Policy

A Pure Home organizer will take one vehicle load full of donations, trash and/or recycling free of charge.

The client will be required to pay the hourly rate for all donation handling after the first load. Large items that do not fit in the vehicle and items that are not accepted at donation centers are the client’s responsibility. We will gladly share resources that will help you remove these items from your possession.
